A. P.We were very fortunate to rent our first student house with Central Properties. The house was spotless when we moved in. Any issues we had, Jim & the others made sure they got fixed asap, sometimes even on the same day! Even at the end of the tenancy, the deposit was back in my bank account within a couple of days! I highly recommend Central Properties. Trust me, these guys are great!

B. A.Okay and relatively helpful throughout tenancy considering it's student housing so this property management is probably one of the better options. Incredibly picky with the end of tenancy clean (eg. charges for dust build up on outside buzzer). Overall would consider a pleasant tenancy period despite deposit deductions.

The house itself was quite dated, with stains on walls/items and partially broken amenities, hence why a star was removed. Also the house was clearly not cleaned prior to moving in as crumbs/dirt were found so was not satisfied with the policy for us to hire a cleaner ourselves or deep clean the house to that standard on exiting the tenancy, when that was not the state we found it in.
However, overall for a student accommodation at an affordable price, they are safe and trustworthy so I would recommend.

Our property was spacious, comfortable and clean which is rare for a student house, especially at the price point. We received the majority of our deposit back, with a slight deduction for a cleaning fee that we felt was justified and reasonable.
B. L.I couldn't recommend Central Properties enough. We've used them for the past two years and have never been let down. Any queries have been responded to within hours, any maintenance issues have been dealt with efficiently and the landlord and his team are extremely friendly. As students, our accommodation was homely and modern (unlike many student properties in the area), clean and reasonably priced. If you're looking for lettings business who are professional, friendly and trustworthy then Central Properties is the way to go.

I. R.Just finished my contract with them and had a really good experience. My friends and I loved the property and had a great year there for a very good price. Any maintenance through the year was dealt with very fast and Brad, our landlord, was also a really nice guy.
P. P.Top landlord, no problems all year wrong and anything that needed fixed was sorted within a day. A lot of landlords can also charge ridiculous amounts at the end of the year and take the majority of your deposit for things that do not warrant the amount they take off you however there was absolutely no problems with this. We were up front and genuine and so was Jim. Highly, highly recommend Jim and Central Properties, made our final year a lot easier after dealing with dodgy landlords in the past.

M.Central Properties, although peculiar on occasion with various charges for their services and communication (very minor charges, just found it weird the things I could be charged for but never was as they are easy to avoid), were fantastic to me and my household during our time with them. Jim and his team renovated the house over summer whilst we were there, and although the repairs lasted for longer than anticipated it left the house in a fantastic state with brand new furniture and more. Jim and his accomplice Brian are very understanding individuals who were receptive the needs of us as tenants and were always fair. Can't recommend highly enough, despite their peculiarities I never felt uneasy or unsafe when staying in their property. A fantastic, no fuss and no hassle landlord.
