I had a flood in my flat, one of many in the building. I spoke to Holly she was amazing. She must have lots calls that day. Local hotel sorted within the hour. courtesy message next day to check if hotel was ok.

Everyone I dealt with at Cherish was perfectly nice and helpful, and their online Goodlord system was very user friendly. I was however sometimes told different things by different agents. For example I requested safety features that I offered to pay for myself after someone was beaten up in my corridor on my first night in the property - one agent advised this would be fine, then I was told that actually it wasn’t as it was a fire hazard. Sometimes poor comms within the team, e.g. I was told to be home for a fire safety check that never happened, and another time a maintenance person rang me to ask why I wasn’t in, when no one had informed me of his visit. Often had to chase up for things a few times before getting a response, but they did always get back to me eventually, and were quicker when it was urgent. I think they are just busy and maybe a bit overstretched. Unfortunately had to leave after my rent was increased beyond my budget after my year’s stay, they did help me to negotiate it down with the landlord but in the end it was still too much for me. Got my deposit back promptly in full with no issues.

I recently viewed a property which was up to let by cherish properties. I had one of the estate agents called Abi who works in the letting department help me manage my application an process it for me. Once it was all processed she met me with my keys to my new home without hesitation. She is an absolute diamond! Very helpful and down to earth, There was no problems with my application what so ever so if your interested in renting a property from cherish tell them you want to speak to Abi she will sort it right out. Don’t let any of the bad reviews put you off there just people with nothing else better to do my property is perfect it’s brand new.

I used Cherish Property to rent my property in Horwich BL6. The property was advertised in a timely manner, along with a good quality video for those who did not want to attend and view in person. I was kept up to date each time a viewing was booked, so I knew I was receiving lots of interest on the property. The viewings were completed and we received an application within 3 days of the property going live on the market. The tenants were referenced and everything was completed within 6 days of the property going live. I was more than impressed with Jonathan and Sophie, they were on hand to answer all of my questions and kept me up to date every step of the way. Sophie was really helpful and answered all of my emails and calls (even though I must've been annoying with the amount).
