B. D.Clearwater have been excellent throughout the process - marketing the property, tenant search, tenancy agreement and regular status updates with the results of inspections and tenancy renewals.
Response times to queries are very quick in my experience. I was a first time landlord with Clearwater and Zara and team were very supportive and took the time to help me understand the process.
Would highly recommend and will be bringing any future rental properties to them.
