I recently purchased a home that was marketed by Clive Anthony Estates. They have been a pleasure to work with and have made the process of purchasing a house much easier, keeping us well informed throughout the whole process from initially viewing and making an offer, though to picking up the keys on completion day. Jake from the Prestwich office has in particular been absolutely brilliant but all the staff involved have been excellent. We are not planning on moving for a long time but if we do we would definitely sell our home with Clive Anthony Estates

From the first meeting with Dominique to the final call to confirm completion you get the sense of professionalism and control with Clive Anthony. The move may have taken slightly longer than expected but chains can be like that. Dominique was spot on with her assessment of value and how the marketing would go and in 14 days we were at best and final offers with 7 or 8 competing bidders. The viewing process and the notification of viewings and their feedback was excellent. Honestly, you can’t fault the service

Through no fault of theirs, ours was a long sale (it took us a while to find somewhere to move to after accepting an offer on our house) and they checked in with us just the perfect amount, so that we didn't feel we were being pushed but we still knew we were on their radar. Once the sale was progressing, we were kept informed at every step and in the final stages, Matt was invaluable in organising early exchange and finalising a completion date with what wasn't a short chain. Would whole-heartedly recommend (but get a few valuations, too - Clive Anthony's was by far the lowest of the three agents we saw, but they were happy to list at the price we asked for and then achieved a substantial offer above asking).

Every member of the Clive Anthony team are super efficient and helpful. Dominique came to value the property and took a completely data driven approach. She showed us what she had sold in the area this year, the asking price, the number of viewings, the number of offer and the sale price.
