I am so grateful to staff at Clive Anthony, it has been an absolute pleasure selling my house with them. Dominique Ross valuated our house at an attractive price and she did everything she could to list our property online as speedily as possible. I don't often write reviews, but the level of service provided by Clive Anthony has compelled me to make an exception. There are enough estate agents to chose from in Prestwich - I opted for Clive Anthony to sell my property as they came across honest, were available evenings and weekends including Sunday (which is when I am available but more importantly I am sure that's when most buyers are too) & they were competitively priced. From the outset they have been excellent. I was spending most of my time working away and being able to leave them to arrange and host viewings was perfect & I was very glad I did not opt for a cheaper online equivalent (Note to others who are considering online estate agents : do you really have the time / inclination to do it justice). They have a strong marketing presence coupled with a large client base which guarantees viewings delivered by professional staff in the guise of Peter and Lorraine for sales and Gemma for lettings, the admin function ensures swift processing carried out by either Shelley(Lettings) or Georgia(Sales) with effective management implemented by both Lucy(Lettings) and Dominique(Sales) ensuring information filters through to senior management where appropriate. I currently let my property through Clive Anthony which was arranged from start to finish within a matter of weeks and I will happily use them for future property rentals or sales when appropriate. Well, I've moved house before and I wish all landlords used CliveAnthony. They keep you informed, updated and are professional too. Shelley Harris dealt with my moving excellently. Cleaners cleaned twice, house was lovely, oven was clean, toilets were clean, fridge was clean.
