Shamira Dar at Complete took over the management of our property in Liverpool since 2020 and had been highly supportive. As owners the link between IP Global and Complete is clear and the property we bought from IP Global was over priced and did not achieve our investment aims and they have done nothing to support us since. While Complete are associated with them their service, though expensive, has been very good and Shamira in particular has been highly responsive and very professional. It is concerning that we have had four different people managing and changing over is not ideal especially when some of the issues with the Service Charges go back to 2020 Keep up the good work Shamira you are one of the main reasons we are still with Complete today - thanks
