Other agents in the Greater Manchester area could learn a great deal about customer service from her!

Dean showed us around and was really helpful and informative on the property, however, sadly at point of placing an offer and I was passed to Beth this was where things went downhill.
I had to chase them twice a week to keep the sale progressing, I was told 'We have been calling the sellers solicitors twice a day but they never answer' but the moment I threatened to pull out within 5 minutes they had magically been able to get through to the solicitors.
From what I understand the solicitors which were used were ones recommended to the sellers by Hills, from what they tell me they have now switched solicitors as our firm had to do most of the work and direct the sellers solicitors on which boxes to tick on basic forms.
End result - we purchased the house and we love it. However, if I had not been on the phone twice a week and threatened to pull out it would have taken a lot longer as I honestly feel that they had taken on way too much work for their capabilities and was pretty much told that on the phone on occasions 'we have been incredibly busy BUT we will get round to it'.
Would I sell a house through them - No.

From start to finish, every member of staff we spoke to at Hills were brilliant. They were really helpful and made the whole process very easy especially with a teething baby and a global pandemic! Our solicitors were not the greatest in communicating with us. However the level of communication and updates we had from Hills were 5*.

Charlotte Parks is great, she handled our sale really well. We paid an upfront fee for the sale of our house, and it was worth every penny! You would expect paying up front means less motivation from the estate agent, and we needed a quick sale, so I was worried about this.
We had around 20 viewings in 2 weeks, and around 4-5 offers. Each viewer was assessed beforehand to make sure they could buy. The only negative was that we felt the 'group' viewings don't work - most offers came from individual viewings.
However, we got our asking price, and the buyers were lovely people as well. From price to completion, ourselves, the buyers and Hills worked as a team to make sure the solicitors were kept on top of. No hiccups and 11 weeks later house was completed.
We bought our house 3.5 years ago and only wanted to move because of relocating the family.
The annoying thing was that the house we bought, the estate agents were AWFUL, and the seller would have paid almost 3 times as much - Hills were worth what we paid and more and couldn't be happier, thank you guys!

m.I have had a great experience with Hills Residentials, specially Sarah who was looking after our purchase. We had to pull out of the purchase but not due to the agency's fault but it had to do with the vendor being very difficult to deal with. Sarah was very helpful, freindly and professional.
