Had a fantastic and seamless experience moving into our new property with Intus! Katrina was absolutely fantastic; she is such a credit to the team for being both so friendly and brilliant at her job too! She was so pleasant to work with throughout the process, from viewing the property, to keeping in constant contact with us through referencing, paperwork etc. and answering all our questions - nothing felt like it was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend!

Have been dealing with the agency when I was living in Manchester (4 years). Apartment was delivered nice and tidy and the process was smooth. All procedures done in a professional manner (incl end of tenancy) and quick to respond when issues arose. Because I was a good tenant, the agency was considerate during covid times and did not try to nitpick things over the deposit and wear and tear at the end of the tenancy (as other agencies may have done). Overall very positive experience! Recommended!

I found the initial communication with the agency satisfying and relatively quick. Upon moving in, I had few requests (such as replacing the current bed with a new one) which were also reacted to pretty quickly. However, I found a bit frustrating the process of termination of my contract (due to personal reasons) as there were questions that took quite a lot of time to be answered. I had to call and send few emails in order to get the information needed. However, eventually the termination was successful and the agency assisted appropriately.

Intus Lettings manage a number of properties for us. We had numerous teethings problems in the beginning ( 2 years ago) however we have built up a good relationship with the staff now and are happy with their skill set and improved communication. Rather than jumping ship (again) to another management company we are looking at ways to move forward together in the interest of all parties.

We have had a lot of problems with things breaking or not working properly in the flat which really needs looking at in terms of quality. You can tell corners have been cut. However, every problem we have had has been resolved quickly. Mark is great- always responds quickly and follows up on any maintenance that has been done.

Lovely when initially dealing with them regarding renting the property. Returned the flat 18 months later in great condition - however thought that it was reasonable to knock a significant sum off the deposit and ignore phone calls and emails upon not receiving the return. Think again before dealing with these.
