I rented a flat through Karson's for just over a year. Despite maintenance and management of the flat being done by the landlord themselves, Karson's made our moving in and moving out processes very easy and we felt kept very in the loop about all of the proceedings. A fair inventory of the flat was taken when we moved in, and it was clear we could contact them at any point, until the management was handed over to our landlord, if we had any questions. When it came to moving out we were informed in advance of any necessary visits, and our personal preference for in person viewings taking place was listened to. I stayed in a flat managed by Karsons Lettings in Manchester City Centre for just over two years. Everyone I dealt with at Karsons (mainly Bhavesh) were friendly and efficient. If we ever had a problem in the flat, Bhavesh would be round pretty much straightaway to help out. They were also accommodating with any requests we had (e.g. replacing sofas, wardrobe, providing paint for walls). They were always easy to get hold of and didn’t rip you off with repaying the deposit like a lot of landlords do. Overall the experience was great and having heard some nightmare stories about other letting agencies from friends, I would definitely recommend going with Karsons Lettings.

Karson's also managed the property we rented. They were responsive during our tenancy, and any issues were fixed promptly. Myself and my partner rented through Karsons for 4 years. The online reporting system for any maintenance etc is simple to use, and the responses were always quick and efficient - had someone out for the boiler breaking down within 24h for example. Can't say fairer than that! :)

I stayed in a flat that was managed by Karsons Lettings on behalf of the building’s owner for a lengthy period. I found the staff from Karsons Lettings, and in particular the owner, Bhavesh, whom I mostly dealt with, to be friendly, efficient, and, above all, completely straightforward. The flat was newly refurbished throughout and in excellent condition. All repair issues or other problems that I reported to Karsons Lettings were dealt with very quickly. In general any problems were looked into the day after they were reported, and were either put right that day or within a day or two afterwards, and then according to a promised timescale. This was a huge change from my previous experience of renting property in a building run by a housing association, which I would have expected to provide a better service than a private landlord, but which was in fact hopeless when it came to repairs. Perhaps this is because Karsons Lettings is a small family run company, and not a large public sector or private sector organisation, so you deal directly with the person who makes decisions. I also had some contact with the building’s owner, and found him and his wife to be equally polite, friendly, and efficient. Whatever either Karsons Lettings or the owner promised to do, they did. It was as simple as that. My impression is that they are trying to succeed by providing tenants with a genuinely good service. I had intended to rent the Karsons Lettings property for a few months, but in the end I stayed several years. When I left my deposit was returned in full. KD

We are very pleased with the genuine services offered by Karsons lettings and highly recommend it. The apartments are well maintained and clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The costs are reasonable as well. The location is excellent for easy access to the city centre, health care services, public transport, local shops( Nisa local, Pizza hut, Greggs, Subway) and a pharmacy as well which honestly makes life so much more easier.We appreciate the prompt responses and transparency of all details. Bhavesh and Racheal have been very kind and professional and have always responded to all queries without delays. They are conscientious in responding and never shirk off any responsibility.
