Me and my partner had such a lovely experience buying our first home together. No question was too stupid! No request was too much! And every little thing, every single step of the way was personable, and professional. Most estate agents tend to be much of a muchness in my experience, so in order to stand out they are now having to be that little bit special to impress. Everyone warned us that estate agents were hard work, and as buyers, they would not be on our side – if they can be said to be on anyones' but themselves. How blessed we were to be proven so wrong with Keavney. They were friendly and frankly fun to communicate with, incredibly human and always there to help and reassure us as first-time buyers. They never tried to thrust unwanted products or services on us. Such a pleasure to have worked with this women-owned business. I had such a clear sense of moral backbone. Great service. Came out very promptly to value the property and didn’t over value to try and get the business. Gave real examples to explain why they had recommended their figure. When the buyer was causing delays they did a great job of keeping on top of their solicitor to make sure things progressed in the timely manner that was required. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

My husband and I recently sold our house with Keavney's Estate agents. We only had it on the market with Keavney's for four days and they had found us a buyer. Before that we had our house on the market with Bridgefords for six weeks, with only four viewings and nothing much seemed to be happening. Keavney's have been fantastic. I can say that the team at Keavney's have been second to none! Excellent service and care from start to finish. Although there were challenging moments with the property having to be advertised several times due to buyer let downs, the communication between all parties has been outstanding and satisfactory throughout.
