Quick, efficient, and understanding. Set to start a new job in Manchester in just a few weeks, moving up from Southampton, I had been having a stressful time searching for a place to rent with the rental market in a frenzy right now! Dayna in the lettings department was really helpful, responsiveness, upfront, and honest in helping me rent a place that Martin & Co. had listed in Prestwich. Dayna was really understanding of the tricky situation renting from out of town and needing a place ASAP. So I was able to get everything done very quickly and start planning for my big move!

Fantastic service received and I’m extremely happy with the stress free way the whole process was conducted. Dayna Green was absolutely amazing! I had certain problems myself as I’d started a new business and had no physical wage slips, however, Dayna went above and beyond to guide me through what was needed to secure the tenancy whilst ensuring the landlord was financially covered and at ease with everything. I couldn’t recommend Dayna more for the efficient, professional and personal service to make the nightmare of moving home a hassle free experience. As she knew about the time constraint, she was able to go out of her way to get the application process and referencing sent over and signed off sooner than the company usually do. This is my first time using Martin & Co (Prestwich) as letting agents and it certainly won't be my last. From the day I moved in everything was sorted out for me in terms of bills etc. I even received a call advising me as to the best deals available. In addition to this any problems with the flat are rectified immediately. When I contacted Martin & Co to report my boiler broke down I received a callback within a few minutes from Shelley Harris who arranged a contractor visit. In the meantime Shelley actually came round to my property to inspect the boiler to see if she could figure out what was wrong. I felt reassured following Shelley's visit that Martin & Co were dealing with this as a priority. The contractor that came round fixed the problem in one visit. I noticed a few negative reviews here and decided I should bring a fair balanced view. I can only guess that some of these views are written by competitors of this agency or disgruntled tenants. I have dealt with this agency for over 3 years and had nothing but a straightforward professional approach. I am a landlord whom has never had a bad tenant via them and they deal with all my maintenance issues. Indeed, I find their staff friendly and approachable. They dealt with difficult tenants on my behalf and just because a tenant cannot get their own way (i.e. Breaking the contract early) doesn`t give them a right be annoyed/aggressive. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I inherited a property in Manchester that required renovation but I live on the South coast so asked Martin & Co to manage the project, which they did brilliantly. They kept in constant contact & e-mailed me photo's of the work progress every few days. As soon as it was completed it went straight on the internet & the prospective tenants were queueing up. My original tenants had to leave for work reasons but the property was only empty for about a week before new tenants were installed.Living near Brighton means I have to leave everything in their hands & trust them, which I do completely since in the 3 years I have been with them they have been totally professional & have never given me a single problem.
