M. W.If you are looking to sell your home and want an agent that does what they tell you they are, look no further. Stuart and the team in the Prestwich branch is who to choose.
Service was important and they did not disappoint. A buyer was found swiftly, communication was regular, they got back to us when promised, actively chased the sale progress and despite dealing with a challenging solicitor firm they got us to completion.
You get what you pay for and worth every penny. Thanks guys from all of the family.
S. H.Pearson Ferrier is one of the top Estate Agents in Cheetham Hill that I have ever worked with. They do charge a slightly higher management than the other surrounding agents. However, they achieve the highest rents in the area to make up for these costs. I have let 6 of my properties with them and have never had any issues. I would personally advise anyone to approach them when it comes to letting your property and don't be put off the management charge as it will all make sense once you start receiving services from them.
