P. A.I've used PickMyPad to find tenants on two properties we have in Worsley. It's too far for us to deal with all the viewings and move in etc. Once they have moved the tenants in we look after them ourselves.
I've always been very happy with the results and found their service to be faultless. Touch wood, so far always been supplied cracking tenants which is down to their strict vetting process. Delighted with the service, always a pleasure to deal with and would happily recommend.
W. R.I used Pick My Pad to sell my house recently. I asked them round for a valuation along with 3 other agents, i asked them as they were most local to my house and i had started to see there boards popping up all over the area. I found the valuer to be the most professional and easiest to get along with out of the 3 agents so i went with them. My property was on the internet the same day! Which was a great start.
We had interest straight away from their mailing list as they have a lot of investors on their books but we agreed a sale with someone local after 5 viewings. It was on the market about 11 weeks and we completed last week :)
Pick My Pad were the cheapest agent we got round but they did everything the same as the bigger agents such as Rightmove and newspaper ad, we just felt they cared more and gave us more attention
