As a buyer in another city and far away, the communication and clarity of information from Richard at Ryder Dutton was excellent. They were on the ball, helpful, easy to contact and timely in responses. They did not overload you with emails, but were excellent in keeping things up to date. I would happily recommend their services and was very impressed with the advertisement as well as it was a true reflection of the property, with accurate information and photographs. They assisted in what was a long, complicated sale and did so with grace and expertise. We are now proud owners of a lovely house thanks to there good skills in keeping this going.

Overall a good experience, a minor issue at the start where there was incorrect information displayed about the room sizes on the property (down to sales) and if the market was not as buoyant it could have put some people off. Overall, we had a great experience with R&D and we sold our house 10 days after it was put on the market for the price we were looking to get. For those new to the process here are the key points and why we were very happy with the service that R&D provided. The end-to-end sale process consists of the a few phases: - Sale price negotiation. R&D provided an estimate which was slightly below our expectations. Oliver, who was the R&D representative on this stage was very patient, polite and was willing to try our price instead. - Advert preparation. Oliver efficiently organised this part and sent Daniel to take photos and video. Again, I cannot praise more Daniel’s professionalism and attention to details. He simple did an amazing job and all the important feature and details were captured on the photos. - Viewing arrangement – R&D has an army of sales representatives who are available up to 8.30pm in the evening to take viewing requests which was just fantastic. We had a huge demand. NOTE – I chosen to meet and greet all those coming to view the house, and this was very well received, and I would recommend any future seller to consider this. - Post offer acceptance process. At the point when house was put on the market, we were assigned a senior R&D sales representative Claudette who stayed with us till the sale process was fully completed. Claudette acted as a dedicated contact point for our case. She facilitated any communication between us, buyer, and their solicitor. She was providing regular updates on the weekly basis (sometimes even more frequently) and she kept us updated on all related matters. She was always calm, polite and well organised. The end-to-end sale process from the point of offer acceptance to the point-of-sale completion was about 13 weeks. We would like to thanks Oliver, Daniel and Claudette for making the sale process an enjoyable experience.
