We moved to Stevenson Whyte only very recently - this month in fact - but we have found their service excellent even in this short time. Our previous agent had let us down on several, very important issues and in one instance leaving the directors vulnerable to litigation. They never responded to requests from directors, they had to be reminded several times - then complained about the number of emails they received from us!! So it's a relief to find that our new agent responds to emails very promptly and courteously with relevant information. We're looking forward to a productive and successful relationship.

I lived at Mere house in Manchester for 5 years with Stevenson and found them to be very communicative, helpful and fair the entire period. Stevenson Whyte are orders of magnitude better than our previous managing agents. Their dedicated building manager regularly visits our building and spots items for attention and sorts things before we have to chase. Our last agents never visited the building for months. I am an international student and rented a flat in Piccadilly from Stevenson Whyte. Ms Jenni O'Malley was really helpful on the flat online viewing and lease settlement. Then, Mr William Ratcliffe was also really helpful in the check-in process, throughout the tenancy period, and the check-out process. For additional information, please clean your flat thoroughly, especially from dusk, hair, grease, etc., when leaving the flat. Otherwise, you will be charged additional cleaning fees of 140 GBP, which will be taken from your deposit. Other than that, thank you, Stevenson Whyte, for being helpful!
