A. W.A brilliant letting agency with one of the best customer support services out there.
After being treated with contempt and indifference by just about every other agency we could find, these guys manage to be both professional and welcoming. It was really refreshing to be able to walk into their office and not only go through things with them, but also have a good laugh in the process. Gareth and Shannon were really helpful without ever being pushy, always knew what they were talking about, and were readily available when we needed them. They were also willing to hear out our questions about the contract and even amend it as necessary. Also, when we ended up taking the wrong bus to the office, they even offered to send a car up to pick us up even though we didn't really need it.
All in all a really enjoyable experience. We will definitely be coming back in the future.
N. F.The Living Room Letting Agency have been the most helpful letting agent during the past few months with the student lettings. The staff are very friendly and you always receive a warm welcome when nipping in to their office for a quick chat/update.
The customer service has been amazing, all of our tenants have been happy and I have found they will will give you feedback on all viewings whereas some letting agents do not. This has been a tremendous help throughout the year.

We dealt with a young guy Phil who was fantastic from the minute we walked through the door an also took us out on viewings even on a Sunday which was exceptional to know that these guys really do go the extra mile in customer service and actually care about what you are looking for and don't treat you like another number! Defiantly will recommend to anyone looking for a property! Thanks for all you did.
