The Property Management team, led by Wayne Eastman, have taken care of my house in an extremely professional and personal manner. Communication is always prompt and helpful. Regular house inspections as well as support and advice when work is needed is always provided in a timely way. During the pandemic they conducted all their business with compassion and care, thinking about both sides - the landlord and the tenant. I would highly recommend their service.

We’ve been dealing with this company for at least 10 years now. The company is acutely aware that their clients are both tenants and owners. They put in a great deal of effort to insure both owners and tenants are supported. As an owner we respond straight away to our agents requests for repairs etc. Welet then take action. It’s a formulae that has worked well for many years. We find them very professional and a great asset. Without them we couldn’t work. Letting is by no means an easy business. Not something one should attempt alone. We’ve had some excellent tenants and one or two unfortunate tenants that could not have been envisaged. Welet’s professional approach and their long-standing experience makes a huge difference to our life. I highly recommend that you have someone of this caliber and experience at your side.

Felt compelled to write a review to bring justice to WeLet. I’ve only just Googled them to find contact details to refer them to a friend and realise they have such low ratings which I totally can’t understand nor agree with. We’ve been with WeLet since 2013 and they’ve been managing our properties very professionally since. Never had any issues/headaches as they take all the stress and responsibility out of owning a letting property. All previous tenants were long term, minimum of 2years + so I can only assume they’re happy with the management too!

We had a very unpleasant experience with our previous Letting agency, So it has been amazing using We Let Properties. Every member of the team we have spoken to have been very friendly, helpful and professional in sorting our application. When processing our application for the property Emma and the team have been very helpful and kept us updated regularly throughout the process. They have gone above and beyond to rush this process for us so we can get the keys as soon as possible. I could not recommend WLT enough and they have put my mind at ease after such a poor experience in our previous property. I really do not understand the negative comments and if you see the dates you can see that we were in the middle of a pandemic, So surely you can't judge them for that period! This company was recommended to me from friends who also use them and have for over 5 years and have never had a problem with them. I just suggest you check your pockets before before putting your washing machine on and then you wouldn't need your machine constantly maintaining!

My partner and I are recently relocated to Salford, and after multiple properties falling through for a variety of reasons, we found a lovely little flat on WLP. After enquiring about the property and viewing the video tour, we decided to go with the property. We were met with incredibly professional hospitality from multiple agents, Katie especially was fantastic, they made our experience easy, hassle free and very swift (as most other experiences I’ve had with renting have been painfully slow, long and full of stress). The whole process was a breeze and when we drove up, got the keys, they gave us a lovely little welcome card signed by everyone at WLP which was very touching, we got to the flat and place was fantastic, they provided us with an incredibly detailed inventory (I kid you not around 100 pages of details) and asked us to send any information we find within 48 hours, which was very reasonable, we had electric, the water and electric meter readings had been done for us prior to moving into the property, it was just a fantastic experiences. I highly rate this company and will tell anyone I meet to go with them because they were fantastic at every point. Thank you WLP and thank you Katie!
