The team were professional, clear and seemed honest but they valued the property at 40% more than my existing agent and it seemed too good to be true. But it wasn't.... the way that YieldIt worked as so impressive that I took the risk. I'm glad I did. They actually got a higher price than the valuation and stayed on the case right up until the end. I will still consider to use their service in the future. “Old messages” I’m the buyer of Davie’s property (reviewed few days ago). I think Sophie should be a good staff of the company, however I expected she could work more comprehensively and provide more information of her job responsibilities proactively instead of ignoring our questions, as I’m not a resident of Manchester at this moment. I have no idea what a post-sales property service should provide, we were missing some information while she didn’t respond us as she claimed it should be done by letting agent, and neglected our emails afterwards.
