I recently purchased my first home with Your Move Mary Ashton Denton, I would urge everyone to use the amazing team they have there. Mary kept in touch with me week on week for the entire process even after the office had closed and on occasion, when she wasn't even due in the office! Honestly, the customer service provided was the best I've ever received and when I come to sell the property, I will be using this company again. If you are a first time buyer like me, I couldn't recommend Mary Ashton more. Everyone in the office cares and they will go the extra mile for you without hesitation. Excellent service, my late parent's house went on the market with Your Move Mary Ashton and was sold just over a week. My brother chose this estate agent as it was local and around the corner from his house. I was impressed the minute the Valuation Manager stepped foot through my parents front door, Bryan Beeley is certainly a credit to your company, a very relaxing valuation carried out with love and compassion at the same time. Matt the photographer was very professional too and all of my close family were impressed with the quality of the video recording, I knew 100% the property would sell quickly after watching this, as it shown how well cared for / clean this beautiful property was from stepping into a warm loving home. Actually brought tears to my eyes, with all of my childhood happy memories. As a landlord seeking a new agent to manage my property, I have recently contacted a number of agents across the Manchester and Tameside area and I must say my interaction with Emma Farrell, the Lettings Manager has inspired my confidence by such a huge margin above everyone else that I am now seeking to engage them to be my agent going forward.
