Thank you to the Alexander Lawrence team, who provided an exceptional service to sell our house from day one. Andrew led the sale supported by Nick. Our house was professionally photographed beautifully as part of an excellent marketing strategy with social media. The turnaround from listing our house to receiving offers was a slick and fast process. Viewings were consolidated into one open day and Andrew vetted each appointment to ensure the potential buyers were proceed-able. This is a great USP compared to other estate agents. We were able to select the buyer that was most suited to our circumstances from multiple offers over the asking price. Our post sale experience from Sam was also excellent and is a further USP when appointing AL. They tracked everything in relation to our chain and communicated with us at every step (sometimes hourly) making our sale a stress free experience for us. We could not be happier.

Our property was marketed very well and pictures were fantastic!Viewings were well organized and scheduled only for Saturdays so our working day and family life was not impacted.Potential buyers were vetted and only serious buyers were put forward for viewings. Best estate agent in Milton Keynes. Best advise on how to prepare the house for listings, best pictures for marketing and the part I really liked was the strategy they use to get the desired results. Our buyers pulled out and we only had 2 weeks if we wanted to stay in the chain. Spoke to Tom, he helped us prepare our property for the marketing and then Nick did an amazing Job during the viewings and closing the deal. We only had to be out of the house for a few hours and he managed all the appointments during those hours and a few days after we sold our property for more then the asking price. I heard great things about Tommy and his company in regards to honesty, professionalism and overall success rate. I made contact and within that week Tommy visited and carried out our valuation, which resulted in us putting our house up on the market, and successfully selling the following week. I have been fortunate enough to reach my 50's without having had to engage the services of an estate agent before as we had sold previous houses on a part exchange basis. Estate agents have some questionable reputations so I sought the advice of a friend who had recently sold his house before finding an agent. I took his advice and engaged with Alexander Lawrence and I am extremely pleased that I did. They firstly valued our house and gave a full report on how they would market the property. They understood when we said we weren't ready to go to market yet but a month later contacted us to say that they may have a potential buyer for our property which could mean that we wouldn't have to go to market. They managed the viewing despite the house not really being presented ready for sale and worked with us on a negotiation process which concluded successfully and quickly. All of this may be just a basic expectation of an estate agent but the communication was very clear and understandable. The entire team were extremely pleasant to engage, especially Tommy & Sam. A WhatsApp group was set up with the agency team and us as sellers where we were regularly updated. However, where we really obtained value was when circumstances became more challenging. We found a house that we wanted to buy and the team put together a report on how they saw the valuation and advised that the property was significantly overvalued. This helped us as we managed to agree a price that was £200k below the asking price! We then hit another challenge when this purchase fell through and our buyers withdrew from the transaction. They presented a creative solution which managed to get the buyers back on board and they then supported us as we looked to find a new property which we are now in the process of buying. We are now working towards this purchase and hope to move in the coming weeks. Moving house can indeed be stressful but working with an agency like Alexander Lawrence certainly helps to keep that stress to a minimum and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking to move house.

We recently sold our property through Alexander Lawrence and based on our experience I would 100% recommend them. The advice they gave us was great when it came to listing the property, the photos were fantastic quality and they condensed all the viewings into one day which made everything so much more convenient for us. Couldn't recommend more highly! From the very beginning Andrew Jolly at Alexander Lawrence went above and beyond for us, squeezing us into a full day of viewings for us to have a chance at seeing the house. It was the 16th viewing we'd had over several weeks, and Andrew was by far the most relaxed, friendly estate agent we'd spoken to - not your usual pushy, over-confident type at all. He had full answers and explanations to every question, and knew history about the houses and streets in the surrounding area which was great to learn, and made us fall in love with the house even more. I have no doubt at all that Andrew sprinkled a little bit of good luck into the mix for us to get the house, and from when we had our offer accepted, we were in regular communication with Andrew and Samantha who were great at keeping us updated, and getting excited with us at the different steps of the buying process! I've heard so many stories from family and friends about not being updated during the entire process, which is so daunting as it's the biggest purchase most people will ever make, but I wouldn't have changed a thing about our experience with Alexander Lawrence, all thanks to Andrew and Samantha. Tom was very friendly and professional from the start when he came to look at the house, and so the decision to sell the house with him was an easy one. He had a good plan for selling the house, which did work to the timescales he suggested, unfortunately twice in this experience as my first seller’s sale of their property ran into some issues and so I had to sell again. Throughout the whole experience Tom always responded quickly to any queries I had and was proactive in trying to resolve issues. Viewings were done in ‘bulk’ so minimal impacts on me, particularly good during Covid. I liked having a WhatsApp group set up so we could easily communicate too. Without a doubt the best estate agents in the area. After a long time dealing with other agents who quite frankly were useless, Alexander Lawrence was a breath of fresh air! From the first meeting until the day of completion Tom Lawrence was nothing but honest, attentive and reliable.
