After carrying out viewings with 6 different estate agents in Milton Keynes while look at various houses, I can honestly say that Demi Smith was by far the most professional that we dealt with during viewings. I have been quite satisfied with Marco and his team. I really appreciate for giving me regular feedback. However I did not like a one year Tenancy agreement with the 'Break Clause' especially when I heard from my tenant that her initial decision was to move out after 6 months. I think informing the landlord of Tenant's intention about the length of the contract is more realistic.
