R.We would like to personally thank Kathleen Milne who is the property manager at 118 Queensway Bletchley who managed to recover a substantial rental arrears which had developed during COVID-19 crisis and get the account up to date by making a huge effort at a time when many tenants just stopped paying rent. She has subsequently been managing the same tenant on a monthly basis since the tenant continues to pay late and only when requested. We have used Connells as our letting agent for many years and thanks to Kathleen’s personal efforts have always found them thoroughly professional and quick to respond to any issues regarding maintenance or legal compliance. 5 Stars all round 🥳
