Great service yet again. We have used Katy as a buyer and a seller as she is professional, honest and hardworking. We first used her service to buy our forever home and found that she maintained great contact throughout the process to keep us updated and push the sale along. When we came to sell another property the only person we wanted to to use was Katy. From the initial meeting, the property going to market and completion the whole process took less than 3 months. I must admit. I was fairly sceptical when Katy sent me a simple letter saying she is a “different sort of estate agent”. Taylor’s in Milton Keynes are the biggest and they were unable to sell my place for two years. Every week they asked me to drop the price. Seemed to be their only solution. Then Katy came to see me and everything changed overnight. We dumped the other jokers and Katy took over. I mean.. literally took over. New drone pics, new right move listing, new description, new (higher) price. She told us how to dress each room. Then one weekend she tells us we have four “interested” parties. But she wouldn’t show them the house until they had passed “the Katy test” ! Next. She told us one day to “go out”. When we came back she had created a bidding war with two keen, cash rich buyers! I couldn’t believe it. Three months later we sold and moved. Katy contacted me every week without fail with accurate updates. Estate agents don’t get better than this. Just feel sorry for the other amateurs and wonder how they get any customers at all! Would I recommend? Hell yeah!

Katy is a total gem who sells homes rather than houses. Put simply, Katy provides a champagne estate agency service. In summary, she guided, mentored and supported us through the sale of our 1 million pound, very much beloved, forever, equestrian home when we, unexpectedly, had to relocate to another part of the UK. To understand the magnitude of her greatness, we must explain our journey. We had undertaken due diligence relating to the sale of our home by meeting many agents to decide whom to use. During this process, we met agents who wanted to deliberately create a bidding war, wanted to under-price our house for a quick sale which we neither wanted nor needed, and agents that did not want to hear any of our views or opinions. Initially, we opted for an agent whose sales pitch won us over, but they were quickly released after they were unable to write the particulars without significant spelling or grammatical mistakes. We then opted for a local agent who ‘specialised’ in premium equestrian properties. This agent had the house on the market for 8 weeks during which we had just 2 viewings. During this time, we received a letter from Katy offering to help us sell our house. To be totally honest, we were a little sceptical at first as we preferred to stick with a mainstream high street agent; how wrong we were! Katy had an initial conversation with us and, sensing our apprehension, left us alone. There was no pressure selling. Katy then sent us another text about 4 weeks later to touch base and offered another chat, during which it was apparent that she totally understood us. She explained that she would be selling our home as she loved it and could see how much we loved it too. And that was where the magic began. Katy quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly put the house back on the market once we had released the other agent. Her talent with the photographs which she presented on Rightmove was exceptional. Her friendly, kind, attentive and compassionate approach remained throughout the entire process despite her having an offer, which we accepted, within 10 days of her taking our property on. Katy’s attention to detail and guiding support was also afforded to our buyers. Even her approach to handover was refreshing; Katy met us the day before completion with a bottle of champagne and a couple of coffees for us as the house had been packed. During that visit, she reviewed anything that she needed to hand over to our buyers. On completion day, she met with our buyers at a time to suit them, once the sale had gone through, to hand over the keys. The contrast to our purchase handover was stark where we were simply handed an envelope containing a single key at the agent’s office with no other information whatsoever. We would have no hesitancy in recommending Katy. You really will not get a better agent. Thank you, Katy!
