He made great efforts to arrange the deal and was quick to chase up any problems if the sale appeared to be stalling. I would still recommend Mason Kelly to anyone looking to make their next move. Great quick start, all issues solved during tenancy, but you need to follow-up for any issues otherwise it could be eaten in their list.
- I have only seen one employee from this consultant and I guess that he is like a one-man army. Sometimes, your queries may be delayed for 1-2 weeks, if you do not have any major issue.
- Fair judgment on getting back deposit payment. Happy with it, because well deserved it. House deep cleaned and all carpets professionally cleaned even though I did not get cleaned oven, cleaned carpets.
- No issue about getting remaining rent if get out early and new tenants move in.
- Not fully happy about final meter readings and taking related actions on time. It is my bad also not taking the photo before handover.
