I have sold my house through Thomas Connolly. They did bring several prospective buyers and kept me updated on the buyers thoughts & decisions. My sale eventually completed through a buyer brought from one of their staff Stephanie Newman, a good lady, kept me updated on this buyer every week. (2023-08-14) *Edit: while Harry was a spectacular negotiator, any services around the tenancy thereafter have been structured so that the agency have to do minimal effort and work for maximum gain. Examples: inability/unwilling to change the rental schedule (even after the initial 12 month contract); omission of break clause after written email agreement, and subsequent dismissal thereof when presented with the evidence. I have more qualms and will add them to more edits once my journey with them completely ends.
