We have just used Urban and Rural to sell my mother's bungalow. The service was excellent and costs were very competitive. The initial survey for quoting for the business was very professional, detailed and prompt. Their marketing strategy was well explained and very comprehensive. The property initially sold (stc) within 4 days of going on the market at a higher than asking price. Unfortunately the buyer got cold feet and pulled out. The property was re-marketed and once again sold (stc) within 4 days at an even higher price than the first buyer. Throughout the sales process, Urban and Rural have been highly professional, on the ball and progressed the sale to exchange of contracts quickly and efficiently. They have liaised with buyer and seller to resolve any questions that have arisen and acted promptly and with integrity throughout. That quality of service continued after exchange of contracts. Steven Redmond and his company deserve high praise. We are very pleased that we used Urban and Rural. Highly commended.

Fantastic agents! We had our property on the market with another agent before, but When Urban & Rural sold our property we wished we used them from the start! They where honest and realistic on the marketing price, they marketed our property well, and negotiated a great price for us in a tough market. They then chased the sales though so well, a special mention to Steven who kept us updated through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Urban & Rural!

Loved that they were all about customer service and didn't try and give me a hard sell. Sold my house after 2 and a half days and kept me up to date the entire time. Incredibly pleasant staff. Would 100% recommend!

FIVE STAR SERVICE A year ago I was a first time buyer, the property I viewed and fell in love with was for sale with Urban & Rural. Steven from the Milton Keynes branch was outstanding and really earned his money! He was very efficient, courteous, and gave a superfast response to any emails and calls. He worked really hard to push the sale along in it's final stages and was very patient with the constant chasing from all parties towards the end. The recommended mortgage broker (Mortgage Choice) was also excellent, a seamless process and Dave was very knowledgeable which was reassuring. Unfortunately the solicitors were a complete contrast to Urban & Rural and were almost totally uncommunicative, in the main they ignored emails (which were concise and relevant) and most updates on the progress of the sale/purchase came from the estate agent rather than the solicitor. They say that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences and I'd agree with that... if it hadn't been for Steven communicating where the solicitors failed to then it would have been a whole lot worse! I've been in my new home for a year now and have finally got round to writing this review. In a nutshell I would wholeheartedly recommend Urban & Rural to anybody looking to sell or buy in Milton Keynes.
