R. L.What a great place to stay. We have just relocated from South Africa to the Milton Keynes area and needed to find accommodation until we secured a house.
Dealing with Yoko has been an absolute pleasure throughout the entire booking and period that we stayed there.
The house that we stayed at was spotless when we arrived. Well maintained and in a great area close to the parks and the canal for morning walks.
I would certainly recommend YOKO to anyone looking for a short term accommodation solution

Z.I have stayed at multiple serviced apartments in MK with Yoko and my experience has always been amazing! The properties are immaculate, beautifully designed and good value for money.
The team at Yoko are super friendly and helpful with any queries I've had. I would use Yoko properties again and highly recommend their apartments for your stay!

At the same time, what was also very positive aspect for me was that the staff at Yoko property was always willingness to help with anticipated issues and they had a great customer service.
A. H.Fantastic stay at Yoko's centro apartment. The beds was really comfortable and It was right in the heart of CMK being just 2 minutes walk to a large Sainsbury supermarket, The Hub district where there is a number of restaurant and bars. The train station and shopping centre is also less than 10 minutes walk away. First time staying at one of Yoko's properties but it certainly won't be the last!

K. C.Well where do I start? Yoko properties are absolutely fantastic! They always have a friendly approach to their customers and are extremely flexible and able to accommodate all year round!
Their properties are very prestigious and always decorated to the highest standards! Bedding and all accessories are cleaned and maintained exceptionally well! Further to this the ovens, carpers and sofas are all deep cleaned after every customers departure and made perfectly ready for any new customer check-ins.
I can definitely highly recommend Yoko Properties!!

J. S.Stayed at Jonathan's Hub apartment for 1 month whilst our house was undergoing refurbishment. The apartment was perfect and is exactly what we needed, the apartment was located right in city centre so was extra convenient for us day to day. Thank you!
C. J.Stayed at the Oakbridge Park house for 3 months whilst our house was getting renovated and was exactly what we needed. We rented a few Airbnbs in the area in the past and this was by far the best. There was a park located 1 min walk away from the house so was perfect for the kids!
