My tenancy with Ashburton Lettings is about to end, and I have to compliment them on their professionalism and prompt work ethos. Signing for the property was smooth, they were attentive to our needs, and they were prompt in responding to emails and requests. One of the agents, Andy, even rode his bike to the property on a weekend when the toilet began leaking. All in all, a very good experience over the last year.

Ashburton Lettings are just fantastic and have restored my faith in letting agents. I turned to them after my nice house was stuck on the lettings market for over 3 months with another agency, and within 24 hours they found me great tenants who have moved in within a couple of weeks. Great service from these lovely people- we were very nervous to to rent our lovey home,we had to relocate for a year with work. These guys found a perfect match for us, When we returned to our home , it was very clean & well looked after,we put this down to tentant -landlord match,so we cannot recommend Ashburton Lettings enough. I would highly reccommend Ashburton lettings in Gosforth. All of the letting agents there were very friendly, welcoming and more importantly helpful with the process of finding and signing up for a new flat. I've had quite a few bad experiences with letting agent companies in Newcastle as they weren't as helpful as I would've hoped. But I am very thankful that Ashburton have found me a decent flat and landlord. I have used Ashburton Lettings for a number of years now for both tenant find and management of my properties. I find their service second to none. They are incredibly pro active in their approach to continual occupancy and any problems are sorted with the minimum of fuss. I cant recommend them highly enough.
