It was a real pleasure to rent a house like this while Durham was studying. The rooms are very spacious, and each room has very sunny Windows. It's also a great location, very close to the centre of Durham, 3 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is so friendly that it's a great place to live. The person in charge of the apartment is a very responsible lady, who is very efficient and patient to deal with problems. I recommend this company and this apartment very much.

I was extremely happy with the team at the Newcastle office they had a couple sign up to my vacant property within 48 hours of me ditching another agent that were hopeless. The couple were in the property in 6 days after the holding fee was down to allow background checks etc. On this one let and the professional can do attitude I have decided to bring my entire portfolio to this agent when each lease is up. At this moment in time Belvoir are unaware how many properties I have to put on thier books, certainly no pushy sales pitch or spainsh inquisition on sign up. I wouldn't hesitate in offering a recommendation to others. 7 months down the line they have inspected my property twice and have arranged a minor repair at a really good rate they know how to manage properties. From a Long time Landlord Hearing the news that renting and house sales can now restart, I thought it an opportune time to email to thank you and your staff a) the offer of rent insurance for those landlords who had not already taken it out and b) for all the emails giving detailed information about legal etc changes etc. The offer of rent insurance, though not needed, as you know we already had it in place, seemed to me to be very 'fair' and generous spirited From our point of view the work you do on our behalf linked to our properties has carried on seemlessly. It's as if COVID-19 has not been seen in the North East, though in reality that's absolutely not the case. There must have been a lot of behind the scenes work going on to achieve this and I hope for you, your staff things get back on track so life can return a little more to normal. Some, maybe many, changes that have come about may well stay in place for the foreseeable future, maybe forever, such as more staff working from home.
