I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Grainger. Special shout out to Georgia Davis - she really went above and beyond the call of duty to help my friend and I secure a flat in the Windlass Apartments development. Hands down my most pain- and hassle-free lettings experience!!

Ryan Leigh was an absolute brilliant person to liase with from Grainger PLC. He helped us so much in making the move easy, quick and efficient. After working together over a few days, we managed to solve each and every issue accordingly. We moved into a grainer property last june. I can't praise them enough! From the first date of enquiery to moving in - everything was handled quickly, easily and professional. It ran really smoothly. Since moving in, we have had no issues at all. A few repair issues were dealt with quickly and efficently. We've had a few anti-social problems with the area (not graingers fault) but they worked with us, the police and local council to reduce this and sorted the issues out quickly. Overall, very positive experience with Grainger and not planning on leaving anytime soon!

We rented a property last year with Grainger, and all though we had a huge amount of problems when we first moved in our opinion quick changed. Shupria our property manger did everything she could to quickly resolve our issues, she even worked on a Saturday so we had a bed too sleep on. During our tenancy she was always on hand to help us with any difficulties we had and her communication, organisation and manner were all outstanding. We definitely won’t hesitate to recommend Grainger due to our positive experience with Shupria. She is an invaluable asset to your Property Management team.
