Comfortable studio with excellent price. Bills included so no worries about paying water and electricity bill. Staff; responsive and respectful. Location: excellent. Clean: free twice a month. The property is generally clean. Wifi: excellent 🌸. Room facilities: new, clean, excellent. I wish I live here forever 🌸. Enjoyed my staying.

When I first moved to the Uk , Grayson’s property was the first place I lived in and it has been an amazing experience, the location is perfect, the staffs and agents are friendly and professional, there’s prompt response when you make a complaint. They constantly ensure the apartment is in good shape with regular inspections. Choosing Grayson’s properties was one the best decisions I’ve made. Living here made adaptability, exploring the city more easy as it’s at the center of the city, easy transportation, all shops within walkable distance. Thank you Grayson’s 🤗🤗

Lived in one of the Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne, locations in my 2nd year. In comparison to other halls and accommodations I have stayed at, I definitely recommend their response times, service and general assistance over the phone. I have had dealings with several members of staff and they have all been very understanding and helpful, in dealing with my personal situation of delayed payments etc. Exclusively the help from Eleni the lettings agent who dealt with my flat, was extremely understanding and helpful. Would definitely recommend any future students to use Graysons.
