I couldn't have ask for more from Jack and his team - a truly personal service. From start to finish, the service was a great combination of friendly and extremely efficient. Everything from valuation, viewings, summary of offers and actual sale was done extremely well and without any delays. We had our home in High Heaton on the market with 2 other Estate Agents before moving to Jack Harrison estate agents. Within 2 weeks we had accepted an offer. It was a complex sale with a chain of 3 properties to complete and I honestly do not think we could have pulled it off without Jack and the team. They were so proactive, working between us and the buyer - gently reminding us and patiently steering us through the complexities. Allowing us to finally complete on our dream home. It has taken me too long to write this review but I could not fault Jack and the team. They made what seemed impossible possible ! Thank you !!

Overall we have a very good experience with Jack Harrison Estates. From the get go we felt like house viewings were designed to ensure that we were finding the right place for us, and that JHE wanted us to take our time in a low pressure environment. The properties that we viewed with JHE were always very nice properties. We didn't really expect such good service, estate agent's don't generally have the best reputations as an industry, but I strongly felt like I could trust JHE to look after our best interests. This was important at a number of points in the sale. JHE representatives always presented their best face, looking, sounding, and acting professional and competent while keeping a personal touch that I feel is important to the success of JHE. I felt like JHE were treating us like ends in ourselves rather and just means to an end, this was important to building trust and goodwill between us and JHE. The two house sales that we attempted through JHE were full of challenges. We had a lot to learn about buying a house, and our unique circumstance made our side of the process quite complicated. The two vendors and properties that we engaged with also brought their own challenges to the process. JHE demonstrated skill in the negotiation of offer and sales between us and the vendors. I always felt that I had JHE on my side, and I have no doubt that the vendors would have felt the same. This clearly highlights that skill of JHE in this area. JHE also demonstrated expert knowledge and was an excellent source of appropriate advice and guidance during the purchase. The trust built up between JHE and us from our interactions ensured that we heeded advice from JHE when possible, and balanced it with other sources of information appropriately. I personally feel more than a little disappointed that the purchase process took so long. This is obviously not something JHE has control over, JHE cannot speed these processes up, but they could engage vendors on the topic and ensure that when potential purchasers are told that vendors are looking for a speedy exchange and completion, that they are capable of and actually pursuing a speedy exchange and completion. Overall JHE acted properly and with the intention of providing a speedy sale in both cases, with little control over the decisions of the vendors. JHE cannot be held to blame for things taking so long. We made use of the solicitors and financial advisors recommended by JHE, these were good recommendations and generally provided great customer service. We are glad to have taken JHE recommendations in regards to this. We love our new flat and are very grateful to JHE for guiding us through the purchase. I think Jack Harrisons Estates is an excellent estate agents. We would recommend Jack Harrison Estates to a friend. My partner also mentioned in passing that she was impressed that JHE representatives "didn't wear shiny suits" and "looked like real people", make of that what you will.
