Park let’s has by far been my best experience with renting in Jesmond over my time at university. You were friendly transparent, organised and educational, which I found really helpful and appreciate as someone living away from him( the manuals). I also appreciated Sean coming over and fixing anything pretty instantly. The flat was also really nicely furnished.

I understand that there has been dissatisfaction from previous students' experiences with Parklet. Personally, however, I could not recommend any other student accommodation agency warmer. I have been with several agents during my time as a student in Newcastle but no one has succeeded in offering the comprehensive support I received at Parklets. That being from practical enquiries (get fixed the same day, or hour even) to financial support.

Park Lets' employ a maintenance man called Sean - he has been fantastic this year. Whenever we have had. a problem, both big and small he has been quick to help and there was nothing he wasn't able to fix. Thank you for everything this year, Sean.

If we had a problem with anything in the flat, emails would be answered quickly and Sean (maintenance man) would be around in under 2 hours to fix it.
