I called upon Pattinson, Gosforth to sell my 2 Bedroom Semi in Cramlington back in October 2021 . From my first dealings with Sharon I could tell that I had made the right decision. The property sold within a couple of days and her drive and determination helped in pushing the sale through, overcoming many hurdles along the way. A huge thank you to Meg as well who was doing a great job assisting me at every point and responding to calls and emails promptly. Due to unforeseen circumstances the house sale fell through and Sharon advised I go to auction. This proved to be the best advice as the property sold and completed within 28 days (getting £6k over the asking price) Thank you Sharon and the team at Gosforth.

Many thanks to Kerri Gratton and the team at the Gosforth branch of Pattinson’s for their speed, professionalism and friendliness in making sure I could move into my new rental property as quickly and smoothly as possible. My current home has been condemned as dangerous and with the help of the team I had the keys to my new home only one week after first viewing it - this despite a delay of three days on the part of my employer in providing the necessary reference. I called for updates each day through the week and each department I spoke to was very eager to help, giving me the information I needed straight away and in such a friendly manner, I was never made to feel like I was being a pain! After a long and protracted sale I have to give special praise to the staff at Gosforth branch especially Keri Gratton. We had a few potential buyers and through no fault of the agent the sales kept falling through. Pattinson recently sold my 3 bed detached house and I can honestly say they were very professional from beginning to end. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but I dealt mostly with Christy and Jennifer (Manager - although I did not realise this at the time) and both could not have done any more to help me. Also with having other local branches you gain extra viewings . They keep you updated in every aspect of selling which keeps you reassured. Jennifer’s knowledge of the profession actually saved me over £600 for which I was very grateful. All in all I cannot recommend them more highly - you will not be disappointed.
