We have just completed a house purchase with Pattinsons and where renting a property too. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Vicki and Hailey communicated very well and we're always available on the phone and via email when we needed them. I would highly recommend the team to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent. Thank you for you hard work you really made the experience as smooth and stressfree as you could.

I had Pattinson’s out to value my mums house and they were the most professional and informative estate agents that came out. James was familiar with the area and gave a realistic asking price and I sold for over the asking price too! I had to call into the office as I was unsure of the documents I needed to sign for the solicitors and Hayley and Vicki took care of that for me and kindly sent them over to my solicitor. I would use Pattinsons again and would definitely recommend

I had a mixed bag with Pattinson's, the staff are friendly and customer service is good, it's always easy to get hold of a member of staff. My 3 star rating is because everytime my sale fell through they tried a hard sell of their auction service. I'd told them on several occasions that I wasn't interested but they pressured me to sell via auction every step of the way, which I didn't accept. So all in all it was a bit of a mixed bag selling my property through Pattinson's.

Pattinson Heaton Branch (NE6) to be precise were marvellous. Hayley in particular alongside James and the rest of the office diligently dealt with our requests, phonecalls, emails and kept well-updated in regards to our property purchase. They are a great team and will certainly look forward to working with them again God willing the chance opportunes again. Whilst I must confess I did contact and hassle them with bombarding phonecalls to devastating effect; Hayley dealt with me fantastically updating me more than my own lawyers! Thoroughly and genuinely recommended!

Such a fantastic team. Very professional and hardworking! When we had an evaluation of our property James even did flying planes around our garden with our two year old. With that dedication and knowledge it hooked us in. They have been on the ball from day dot! They work very hard and have made the whole process a breeze. The viewings came flying in because they priced the property right. Leigh has been so lovely to deal with, keeping us up to date and always reassuring us! They also helped me when trying to sell another property in York they put us in touch with Noi for auctions which was immensely helpful. Over all this team go above and beyond! Can i take this opportunity to thank James Denny & Hayley Irklis from the Heaton branch for the amazing work they both have done for us, both James & Hayley were exceptionally polite and professional when it came to helping us with our property issues which we have been having with our managing agent. Its only after i got in touch with Hayley and James to explain what we are going through and the problems we are experiencing with our current agent we finally had professional guidance from both moving forward. The communication from both has been fantastic and i can honestly say its been amazing dealing with professional individuals who are here to help landlords which are being taken for a ride.
