The staff of Pattinson Estate Agents were very professional from first being instructed to sell our property to the completion of the sale. Special thanks to Darren who produced an excellent video showing both the property and garden at their best. Also thanks to Sheila and Nieve for their administration skills in making appointments to view ,providing feedback and being quick to respond to any queries raised. Having become very jaded with trying to sell my house with other "experts " I got irritated by a call from pattinson asking me to view properties! I told them thry could either come and value my house or stop calling me! They said yes please can we try to sell for you. Darren called round and valued the house on Tuesday . We agreed the pictures and a marketing strategy The house went "live" at 9am Friday At 11am that same day he rang me with a viewing which led to a sale My purchasers informed me they had not seen the house before pattinson marketed it. So much for the other "experts!!!," I will admit to being, as they described me, a very "involved" client (pushy would be my words!) But we got a sale through in 10 weeks including Xmas holidays Very happy in my new home which would not have happened without them Thank you guys
