m. d.I've been using Red Ridge to manage my property for the last few years. Reece and the rest of team have been excellent. Professional yet friendly quality service. I really can't recommend them enough. I just wish I hadn't waited so long to get in touch with them. I feel safe in their hands knowing that while looking after my property they also make sure the tenants are looked after.
J. S.Redridge has been letting our properties for more than five years since 2016. Reece has always handled our lettings and more recently Sarah has become more involved.
During this time, the service we have had has been excellent. Reece has always been friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, ready to advise us on any matters of being a landlord and very diplomatically pointing out when we needed to do thing differently. He gets on with the job, does what he says he is going to do and what needs to be done in a very timely manner. He is very professional in all his dealings, both with us and with our tenants.
Redridge have also been very good at finding tenants, and at carrying out all the necessary checks on their suitability and ability to afford the rents, even at difficult times of the year, e.g. just before Christmas. Apart from when we needed to carry out repairs, the properties have not stood empty and we have had very good tenants.
We fully recommend Redridges and the staff to any prospective landlords.
