We have sold two houses through Reeds Rains, one just recently. I would never go anywhere else if I needed an agent again. The service we received was second to none and I have to give credit where it is due to Alan Lowden. Alan is excellent at his job, very professional and nothing is too much trouble, Alan is very friendly and I had complete trust in him. The rest of the team are also excellent whenever we needed any help or information they were all helpful. Due to the positive experience we had with Reeds Rains we had no hesitation in recommending them for our daughter and they sold her house within a few weeks. I cannot recommend Reeds Rains enough if you need a professional and efficient agent.

It wasn’t the easiest of sales with various issues along the between solicitors etc. But I have to say the team at Reeds Rains, in particularly Phil, Jane, Alan and Danielle were excellent at reassuring us re the various issues we experienced along the way, and we’re absolutely fantastic at chasing solicitors and communicating with us keep us up to date. A much more professional service than we’ve experienced in the past with some of their competitors.

I met with 4 estate agents before choosing Reeds Rains to sell my mother’s house. They handled the viewing, with 4 within 48 hours of the property being marketed, 3 of which produced offers. When our original buyer withdrew, the property was re-advertised, again quickly resulting in an offer, which we accepted. Although the subsequent sale was drawn out, this was due to delays by the buyer.
