We had an unbelievably difficult sale. Buyers dropping out, tyre kicker viewings, and ultimately a nightmare buyer who messed us about to the very second the contracts were signed. Through out all of this the team at RMS were supportive understanding and sympathetic. We were really worried about moving during the pandemic, but thanks to the very friendly, professional staff whom we dealt with at Rook Matthews Sayer the process was unbelievably hassle free. We firstly dealt with Adele Eagleton of the Lettings Team who gave us a fantastic, Covid secure, viewing of the property and answered any questions that we had with no problem. Once we had decided on the property we wanted Adele did all of her behind the scenes work and passed us on to Summer Glen, the Assistant Lettings Manager who guided us through the normally arduous paperwork required to complete the letting. Amazingly because of the brilliant Apps utilised by RMS there was no need to trail into the branch to fill in forms and thereby reduced the Covid risk by 100%. We are so please and would like to say a massive thank you to both Adele and Summer.
