Absolute brilliant. Can't thank Swayes (and Ihsan in particular) enough for helping me and my partner move house. They were helpful, professional, accommodating and the house is immaculate. They were immensely thoughtful and switched on due to social distancing measures in place as we were wanting to view and move, and they put health and safety first and provided a professional service from start to finish and were always on hand to answer questions. Thank you!

Always pleasant to deal with, and very accommodating when arranging viewings after I had given notice to vacate. Didn't raise any dodgy claims to take anything from deposit, unlike many of the less reputable Lettings Agents out there (for which I feel very lucky!). Liam and John were particularly helpful, even offering to drive me back to work after having dealt with viewings or needing to visit the Swayes Office during my lunch hour, saving me a taxi fare. Thank you, Swayes!
