Dealt with these guys on buy and sell side. On buy, they were hard but fair; on sell, they provided an all-round service (which was very helpful for a first time seller) and were clear about everything; in each case, they were generally very responsive and easy to deal with. In terms of pricing, True Homes are mid-range but for the price they deal with everything for you, which every other estate agent I approached charged extra for. Tony is obviously very experienced and Kim is always on hand to assist. If I had another property to sell I wouldn't hesitate to go back here.

Having experienced the worst of what Estate agents can do in Whickham, can I just say Kim and Tony (True Homes) are the total opposite. Professional and friendly, say it as it is and deliver. No lies or fables to hook you, just genuine people. Worked as an agent should, leading for their client but ensuring the buyer too has a say. A true pleasure doing business and I have no hesitation in recommending True Homes to anyone. In fact in my opinion you would be mad to go elsewhere within Whickham Thank you guys

I have had an unbeatable experience, buying an investment property to add to my portfolio via this estate agent. Kim and Tony were both very professional and friendly. They would go the extra mile to make sure everything was in hand. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. From valuation to listing on major search sites/ap’s and Tue Homes website was a matter of hours and True Homes sold our home at the asking price within 6 weeks, which we were delighted with. Tony provides a personal touch, constantly checking in with updates and seeking feedback from viewings. His enthusiasm for property really shines through which enhances the sales process. Would recommend.

Couldn't rate higher. Tony was always available at the other end of the phone. We sold our house within days of it going on the market, and when the sale fell through due to lockdown, Tony was as good as his word and sold it AGAIN, within a week. If you want to sell your house use true homes.
