Karl is an amazing landlord, he is always one phone away and ensures any problems are sorted promptly. Still at one of his properties and I must say, it has been a lovely experiences. Safety and being comfortable while renting is his priority when using his agency. You are definitely on the right path with this agency.

Karl has attended to our rental properties in Cardiff, Newport and Crumlin for the past four years. He conducts viewings personally with or without us being present and is open and honest about a tenants suitability to a property. He takes in to consideration the needs of the tenant and landlord at all times. He is quick to pass on rental income and his costs are fair. Karl always goes the extra miles to help. Karl was responsible for the handover of my rental house when we moved out. He was always available on the phone and made the whole processs really smooth.

I have used everything lettings on newmorouse occasions and have found them to be a helpful and a professional outfit. There is nothing worse than feeling like your being ignored or pushed to the back of the cue also that your an inconvice to the staff that are to busy on there mobile. ( I've been there many times ) This has never been the case with these guys. They're always on the ball weather it's in the shop or replying weather it's a phone call or email. They seem to always have there finger on the pulse with a great knowledge of the whole housing market. So I will be using them again for sure also I can confidently recommend there survives to everyone looking for a prompt professional and friendly service that will get the job done with no drama.
