Phenomenal and outstanding Professionalism. These are the two keywords that come to mind when it comes to Ross Taylor at Fine & Country IOW. Here at The Media House, we have been working with Fine & Country for 6-7 months now providing them with Real Estate content. Between this time we have come to know the team behind the scenes very well and cannot praise them enough for how far they are willing to go with clients helping to buy and sell houses. Offering a personal 1-1 stress-free service to which you never find them two words put together when it comes to buying and selling but these guys make it a breeze a true 5* experience.

We had a great experience with the F&C team, especially Ross and Chrissie. They have been very professional and kept us informed constantly throughout the selling process. We previously put our house on the market with another agent, but the chain kept breaking with 3 different buyers over 3 months. We then went with F&C. They took time to prepare a very professional marketing brochure of our house with air drone photographs. It made a huge difference in how the house was presented in the market. We only advertised our house for 3 days and could find 2 cash buyers. 5 days after finding our cash buyer we exchanged contracts, and 6 days later we completed! The quality of the buyers we had access to with F&C was excellent, and the Marketing had a lot to do with it. We highly recommend Fine and Country.
