Staff were fantastic - happy to help, helped each other out when needed, happy to organise multiple visits to the property during the purchase, and helped us get pressure put on vendor's solicitors from both sides when they were unresponsive. And they gave me a nice little box of vouchers when the purchase completed too! Parking's a little rough, but there's a Tesco with a parking lot not 50m up the road so it's not a major problem.

Convenient office and a very friendly service. Quick response to enquiries, professional but not perfunctory. We have dealt with Gabby and Danielle who have both been a pleasure to do business with.

I recently purchased my new home through Freelancer, and they were outstanding. From my initial enquiries through to the completion, Deb - and the team, Aaron, Gab and Tiffany - were friendly, helpful, informative, courteous and professional; they kept me very well updated, and always returned my calls. In fact, I was probably a bit of a nightmare for them, as the house was empty and needed some work, but Deb always accomodated additional viewings so that I could take contractors along to give me quotes. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The office is warm and welcoming, and I love that Deb's two dogs are there too. I really can't recommend this business highly enough, and I would use them again in a flash, should I ever want to move house or consider the rental side.

I honestly can’t praise Debbie and Aaron enough for their work. It is so refreshing these days to find a business that genuinely cares for people – both their landlords and tenants. They have looked after me in every possible way – not only by being extremely efficient, very quick in replying to any communications and answering questions, but they have recently also helped with dealing with my solicitors for my mortgage switch, when they asked for details which I had no knowledge of. This was something that really touched me, as it was outside their remit – but because they care, they didn’t hesitate to help.
