The staff at John Francis, Aberaeron are outstanding! Our move to Wales ended up being a prolonged and stressful process and, throughout, we knew we could rely on the help and support given by all the staff. If it hadn't been for their tenacity and determination to get us 'over the line', we would still be wondering if a Welsh relocation was even possible!

Moving House is supposedly one of the most stressful occasions ... Well far from it when you use this incredible estate agent! I cannot recommend highly enough the care, professional, help and most of all the 'human touch' both Serena and Ben displayed in their customer service. Refreshing to visit an agent that still has customer service. Was greeted by a lady (Serena) who was very helpful and informative, followed up by a viewing with Ben, who too was very helpful, and didn't rush us in and out.
