Sold our old house and bought our new one with M2 earlier this year, quality service throughout, Dan (one of the agents) did a great job in selling our house and his knowledge of the property market in the area we wanted to buy in helped us secure our new home. During the selling and purchasing process the back office team; in particular Temar were fantastic and kept us up to date throughout. If your're looking to sell or buy a property I would thoroughly recommend M2.

Great customer service from initial viewings right through to completion today. Sophie handled my offer and was very pleasant and quick to respond. The purchase was progressed by Temar and what a lovely lady she is and great asset to M2. She constantly kept us up to date by phone and email, exchange and completion on the same day got quite stressful but she was always there to help and kept pushing and following up the solicitors and top of the chain. Very impressed with M2 estate agents from start to finish, we had a number of estate agents over to give us a valuation on our property and thought the price and service that M2 offered us sounded just what we were looking for .The efficiency on valuing our property and it going live to the market impressed us a lot it took just a couple of days, the video also did not fail to impress ..... showed our property off to such a high standard that I almost had second thoughts about selling! ...we where equally impressed with the office staff they where very professional and prompt with feedback and updated us after every viewing without any delay. I used M2 to sell our house and they were excellent throughout the whole process. They were very responsive to any queries we had and were always at the end of the phone if needed. They kept us updated with progress or any issues that arose and nothing was too much trouble. I found them to be professional yet personable. One of the positives was the fact that it was the same agent who showed people around the house so we were able to build up a good relationship with them and they became familiar with the house. M2's fees were very reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them!
