My buying process was NOT easy. However, the saving grace of the experience was the dedication, commitment and support from Darienne at pink move. She was always at the end of the phone and on the ball with chasing both solicitors and I am forever grateful for all the hard work she put in to get me where I am, in my lovely flat. I could not have gone through it without pink move and I would recommend their progress team to anyone.

Put within a day of putting our house up for sale, we had 6 viewings booked, within 3 days of being up for sale the house was sold, following 9 viewings, if these prospective purchasers hadn't decided to buy, they already had 10 viewings lined up for the following week, of course these were not needed. The progress team within Pinkmove then kept on with the pestering of solicitors etc to get the sale to go through. The progress team had a much better idea of what was going on than the solicitors we used. Would recommend to anyone who is wishing to sell/buy.

Pink move were amazing throughout my house sale. Loads of viewings and offers however I ended up at the end of a chain which collapsed. This for any house seller is a disaster. My furniture was all in storage and although I was not buying another house, I had found my dream narrow boat in a marina. Without Pink move I would have been completely in the dark about what was happening. My sale took nearly 3 months to complete. I only knew from the estate agents what stage of the process we were at. Communication through phone and email was handled quickly. Progress team easy to reach. I have never in all my house sales ever had this stress but it seems to be more common today to have these kinds of problems. Pinkmove were professional from the outset. They valued our property and entered into discussions about the value (the owner being in Spain on holiday did not hold this process up, the poor man rang me from the poolside!) The photographs and video tour really did the house justice and not having to be there for them made the process fuss free for us. The fees were very low in comparison to other estate agents and we were enormously surprised at the quality of service that we got for this fee. Every viewing was accompanied by an agent and feedback from every viewing was emailed within 24 hours. The viewings came thick and fast, sometimes a few in one day. We sold our house after 2 months of being on the market when unexpectedly in Birmingham children's hospital for a number of weeks. Pinkmove dealt with everything that they could do to keep the stress away from our door. I would highly recommend this agent and will, without a doubt, use them in the future. I recently sold my property with Pinkmove, in March 2020 pre-Covid which fell through due to a change in the buyer's circumstances, and then Pinkmove found me another buyer in July 2020, as soon as Covid restrictions were relaxed. I can't recommend them highly enough! Every member of staff I dealt with was professional & helpful. They always listened and acted on my instructions. After each viewing the estate agent would do a Q&A with the viewer which was sent through to me often the same day, including a comprehensive account of the viewers opinion. It’s been extremely difficult dealing with a newbuild company but Paul, the boss and Jodie in Offers have been outstanding. The level of customer caste and duty have surpassed another local agent we first listed our house with. They weren’t interested in selling our property where Pinkmove have been attentive, helpful, caring and helped kept the new build company off our backs! They’re reasonably priced, cheap in fact for the service that we’ve received and the owner is a genuine guy who will take your call anytime and try his best to help you, even when dealing with solicitors. If you want to sell your house and have somebody in your corner fighting for you then this is the company! That’s been our experience! We had 8 different agents from Newport value our home and quite a few of them tried to down mark Pinkmove, I think that shows a slight hint of jealousy as they’ve come out of nowhere and are doing really well. The agents when selling the house too are so good during viewings, I didn’t feel like I needed to chirp in, they did an amazing job selling the home.

We chose PinkMove partly through recommendation and partly because the charges were competitive and the valuation experience better than the other shortlisted agents. The photo and video shoot was top class, though there were some small mistakes in the floorplan that were quickly corrected. We were given sufficient information to evaluate offers received. Having agreed a sale at the full asking price, we were assigned a dedicated progress chaser to see the sale through to completion. Im not really one for reviews, especially having a 2 day old baby, however, ive felt obliged by the level of service ive recieved from Pinkmove and Darienne in particular. Extremely good service from start to finish! Valuation was very well presented and gave an honest value in a timely manner. Sales/viewings were always communicated to me and always given feedback, some pretty much straight after the viewing. This also resulted in 3 offers at full asking price within a week. The progression team (Darienne) was a completely different level than what ive previously experienced! Communication, knowledge and bubbly manner always reassured me through a stressful time. The speed of response was above and beyond what i would have expected. The only con i would be able to put is that when your case progressing officer is not in, its difficult for someone to step into her place to progress as they have their own workload and are a very busy company, which is understandable and would be very difficult to overcome.

We were due to view a house as agreed with Pinkmove in Newport. We had just found out through looking ourselves at the house we are interested, that the house was in the state of STC. We had to ring Pinkmove to discuss and they had cancelled our visit without even contacting us, nor are we now able to view the house despite serious interest in it. I'm very disappointed that we aren't able to view the house and put an offer in of our own. Unfortunately a very poor experience of not fulfilling at least the first visit that had been arranged and letting us know that an offer had been put in and accepted. We weren't given the chance to even match the offer. I feel that this is unfair, and i'm upset with the lack of professionalism shown to even fulfill our first visit request and/or to match the offer.
