There's a certain spark about Jessica. I've been unsuccessfully looking for a place to rent in Newport for about a month before I've met the Redkey's girl. The rest is history :-) She kind of knew exactly what I wanted a lot better than I did. Or so it seems :-) I am writing this from my new home overlooking the Usk river where I've been for a number of weeks now, and I can't believe how happy I am with the apartment. Immensely grateful to Jess as well as to all other charming ladies I've met in the process. Redkey has stolen my heart. Never thought of an Estate Agents in these terms before. But then again, I've never dealt with Welsh estate agents before either :-)

Red Key Property Services provide an amazing service and having bought and sold many properties and used many estate agents, I can say that Red Key are one of the best that I have used and certainly the best in South Wales. They provide a comprehensive service from initial valuation through to completion at competitive rates. The marketing process on my recent sale resulted in an asking price offer at first viewing in what was a slow market. Their follow up after an offer is accepted is excellent. Regular communication between buyer and both sides solicitors ensured a speedy completion in just 8 weeks on the last property they sold for me, despite some complications that came up. Other properties have completed in as little as 6 weeks. This role estate agents play in liaising between all parties during the sale process is all too often overlooked but is crucial to pushing the process along. Red Key prioritise this and in doing so are way ahead of the competition. I can thoroughly recommend using Red Key having sold four properties using their services and will continue to use them in the future.

I moved into a property last week and had a terrible situation which meant the property needed to be vacated. No fault of anyone. Red Key have been amazing, and put me up in a hotel from day 1 and gave me a week here to decide what option I wanted to proceed with. Within 2 days it has been arranged that I will be moving to another property they have as soon as its available (this was my choice) as the initial property will not be ready for a few months. in the meantime, accommodation has been arranged which i'm more than happy with. couldn't have asked for better service in this very unfortunate situation.

My Girlfriend and I moved into a flat through Red Key last July, being first time tenants we were often confused and unsure about what we had to do and what steps we had to take. Thankfully Red Key helped us every step of the way, answering every question we had and almost babying us to make sure we were safe and settled into our property. The moving out process was easy and Red Key were very fair for what we charged in regards of cleaners and Maintenance. We have moved out of the flat now to save to get onto property ladder, but Red Key will be the first Estate Agent we look to when we eventually buy our first Property.
