I do not regularly write reviews but, I feel I have to write in support of R. G. Jones. Sometime ago my next door neighbour used the service to sell his property. He had been on the market for many months before he handed the sale to R. G. Jones. The property was sold quickly and he was full of praise for the team. I have now sold my property and have found his recommendation to be totally correct. From the first visit to the completion, I have found their service to be caring and efficient at a time which was difficult. In addition, their costs were very competitive. This should be 10 Stars 🌟 We bought a house and RG Jones was the selling agents. Our first impression was merting Ryan, who was brilliant at the veiwing, we hit some difficulties but boy Glenda is incredible nothing is too much trouble, we actually pulled out of the sale, because of problems with the mortgage, Glenda stepped in and bang we're in, whatever shes paid isnt enough. When you read the other reviews, most mention Glenda and I'm really not surprised. Diolch yn fawr iawn

Glenda and Ryan at RG Jones are the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. They're friendly, always respond to calls and emails politely and in a friendly manner while always being completely professional. The whole experience of buying a property with RG Jones was top class, from start to finish. They went out of their way in many instances to help us chase local solicitors up as we're not from the area where we bought the property. They also seem to know everyone in the area so have an amazing knowledge of the towns around them. We have just sold our cottage through RGJones- I’ve got to be honest - my past experience of some estate agents is not favourable-we have bought and sold a lot of houses However RG Jones was different- and I have to single out Ryan but I know it takes a team also- Advice and feedback was genuine and kept us updated after every single viewing! When covid hit it was the same They even took my electricity readings for me- Gave us local info on building services and house clearing services They responded positively promptly and professionally to any of our questions to do with selling our cottage but always with a warm friendly attitude Thank you

Excellent service from the Tywyn Office of R G Jones. We had two houses to sell, one of which was my late parents/family home which was an incredibly hard decision to sell but Glenda and Ryan acted with sensitivity and respectfulness from start to finish. We found that they were incredibly pro-active and kept us informed every step of the way. Glenda sought feedback from each viewing and Ryan advised us of how best to present the houses to maximise interest. We had a property for sale that had been in our family for nearly 40 years and wanted to use a local company who knew the village and the surrounding area. We liked the look of RG Jones over other competitors and were very impressed by the knowledge and expertise displayed by Ryan and Glenda. We virtually found a buyer within 24 hours of going on the market in which RG Jones played no small part in finding. Although we live some distance away we always felt we were in safe hands with RG Jones and would thoroughly recommend their services.
