I have found Belvoir letting agents the best letting agents I have used so far. They are a well organised company and have always reminded me of upcoming compliance events before they happen. E.G. Gas safety check. They are friendly and reliable and I always receive correspondence via email with any questions I have. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should I need to without hesitation. I would have given five stars but I believe the one thing that could be improved a little bit is to remember that they are the landlords representative and not the tnenats. Although I realise they probably are "piggy in the middle" between landlord and tenant, I had an issue with a pet being in the property against my wishes. Although they would have enforced the pet removal they sided with the tenant and said "Its only a hamster" Apart from that they have been brilliant.

Belvoir found me good tenants for my property very quickly. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly. Richard made the effort to come and value the property on a Sunday when no other agents would – this shows they go the extra mile for you. Even though I chose their most basic package of Tenant Find, they were so helpful and happy to give advice on managing the property myself going forwards. Costs of all their services are good compared with the competition. Not 'salesy', just down to earth people. Highly recommended.

When tradesmen have been needed prices have always been reasonable and this has taken the hassle out of renting the property as we do not live nearby. Can highly recommend them.

We got in contact with Richard from Belvoir when we needed to rent our rental property in Northampton. From the start Richard impressed us. He came over on time to view the property and immediately identified what we did and did not need to do. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all, which we really appreciated. His knowledge of what was legally required and how to go about ensuring it was all complete was very good. He then sent a quote for all work to be done within a day and then just got on and did it! The next thing we knew, he had tenants lined up, certificates sorted and all the outstanding work complete. Incredibly efficient property management and helped massively reduce our workload, which was important because we were not in the area to be more hands-on. I cannot recommend Belvoir highly enough if you are looking for a 1st class service in Northampton. Thank you to Richard and the team for all their hard work and effort getting our property let.

Used Belvoir to rent my property out when I was away with work. It was a little over a year. They were great. They did inspections regularly and selected the correct tenants for me. The tenants respected my property however I had mistakenly said all was well and to give back deposit only to find my bath plug was broken not half hour later. Called them, they send a plumber immediately to fix the bath plug at no expense to myself. It was my mistake and they didn't have to do that, they will give that but extra on customer services that I feel many wouldn't. Thanks, highly recommended

As a first time landlord I used Belvoir and found them helpful and friendly. Having discussed with relatives the difficulties they have found with other property managers I was delighted to find that the team responded to my calls, contacted me when needed and were generally helpful. They found a tenant very quickly, notified me of problems and sorted them out. An added bonus is the easy access to the offices with loads of parking! I have recommended them to family and friends and will use them again.

Richard Baker has first-class knowledge of the area and gives no-nonsense factual advice when it is required. I bought a rundown flat in Northampton and Belvoir advised on refurbishment recommended good value suppliers and even dealt with final snagging using their own contractors all of immense value to me as I am based in London. They then efficiently dealt with the letting, management and subsequent sale of the property all with minimum fuss and maximum service. Happy to recommend them.

Far more efficient than the previous agent I used who would apply additional charges for everything! I just leave Belvoir to look after my property and have the confidence everything is in hand without me having to chase. Belvoir also arranged a replacement bathroom between tenancies with only 7 days of the property being empty which recently impressed me. A company I would recommend to everyone.

I chose them to rent my property as I was impressed with their blunt assessment of its rental potential. I had seen a number of estate agents, all of whom had promised great things and no problems. Belvoir was not so generous, indicating that if you rent out any property for a while there will inevitably be some issues. This made sense, and I was confident that when issues arose, Belvoir would deal with them. This proved correct when the couple that moved into my property split up within 6 weeks and wanted to end the tenancy. Sure enough Belvoir dealt with it and found a new tenant quickly, at the same time ensuring I was not out of pocket. I am happy now that my gut instinct when selecting the agent has proved correct.

Super Agency - highly recommend. We have used Richard and Belvoir as our letting agency for the past 10 years. They manage 3 properties for our family and are always very professional. The staff is courteous and organised. Respond promptly to enquiries, properties are let out on a permanent basis, with only a very short change over period between tenancies. The maintenance department is efficient and competitively priced. Recently we have dealt with Belvoir for the valuation and sale of a property and can again highly recommend them as an estate agent.

I recently sold my house with belvoir. Other estate agents tried to tell me belvoir wasn't at good as them and to transfer. Well they were wrong! Belvoir, and Jamie in particular, have been amazing! I told them I wanted a quick sale so from initial valuation to the house being on rightmost was 2 hours and the house sold within 24 hours! I cannot recommend enough!
